By using Nethaven, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding legal agreement.

If you use Nethaven for a household, family, or team, you confirm that you have permission to share the data you submit and to invite collaborators.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us at support@nethaven.app if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Nethaven is a personal finance platform that helps you track and manage connected accounts, transactions, budgets, portfolio assets, debts, savings goals, subscriptions, and automation rules.

Some features may change, improve, or be retired over time as we continue to evolve the product.

When you connect financial accounts, we may use third-party providers such as Plaid and SnapTrade, along with other market or infrastructure partners needed to deliver connected features.

By connecting accounts or data sources, you authorize Nethaven to retrieve, process, and display permitted financial data through those providers.

Your use of third-party providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability may vary by region, institution, and account type.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, sync interruptions, data errors, market data discrepancies, or discontinued support caused by banks, brokerages, data vendors, app stores, or other third parties.

Nethaven may offer paid plans through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchase systems, including auto-renewable subscriptions.

Nethaven Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, available in monthly and annual subscription lengths. The exact subscription title, length, price, price per unit, and any introductory or free-trial terms are displayed on the in-app purchase screen and on the applicable App Store before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by region, platform, and currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same length and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored through in-app restore functionality.

By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, both of which are linked at the top of this page and from within the app's purchase screen. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trial eligibility are handled by the applicable app store and your agreement with that store. We may use subscription infrastructure providers to validate entitlements and support restore-purchase functionality.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

Nethaven provides organizational and analytical tools only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Nethaven is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian, and does not execute trades or move funds on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is used in a harmful way, or if required by law.

You may stop using Nethaven at any time. Certain legal obligations in these terms survive termination.

If you created an account, you can initiate deletion in-app through Settings > Delete Account. We process deletion requests subject to legal, regulatory, and compliance retention requirements.

Deleting your Nethaven account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store-managed billing continues until you cancel through the applicable app store account settings.

Nethaven is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Nethaven and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version is posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.

Continuing to use Nethaven after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
