Set up and manage TRMNL

Connect the Nethaven plugin from the TRMNL Marketplace, choose allocations, budgets, dividends, or transactions, refresh it, and recover from common setup problems.

Start in the TRMNL Marketplace and install the Nethaven plugin. TRMNL opens /integrations/trmnl/install with a single-use setup link. Sign in to Nethaven, review the privacy and plan notice, then select Connect TRMNL. Nethaven connects only after that confirmation and returns you to TRMNL to finish the plugin setup.
An active Nethaven Pro subscription is required. The connection is read-only and can render only the finance data needed for the screen you choose. Nethaven stores a one-way hash of the TRMNL access token, not the readable token, and neither the setup page nor the management page displays credentials.
Manage every installed plugin instance at Settings > TRMNL or from that instance's Manage action in TRMNL. Choose Allocations, Budgets, Dividends, or Transactions. The transaction screen can show 1 to 10 recent transactions from all your accounts. Save the settings, then use Back to TRMNL and refresh to request a fresh screen.

Start in the TRMNL Marketplace

Find the Nethaven plugin in TRMNL and choose Install. TRMNL opens the Nethaven install route with the required single-use code and callback. A direct visit to `/integrations/trmnl/install` without those values cannot create a connection.

Sign in and confirm

Sign in to the Nethaven account you want to use. The setup values stay with the login return. Review the read-only access and Nethaven Pro requirement, then select Connect TRMNL. Nothing is linked merely by opening the page.

Finish the plugin in TRMNL

After Nethaven confirms the connection, it returns you only to the callback supplied by TRMNL. Complete any remaining TRMNL prompts and add the plugin to the intended playlist.

Choose the screen

Open Settings > TRMNL at `/dashboard/settings/trmnl`, choose the installed display, and select Allocations, Budgets, Dividends, or Transactions. For Transactions, choose between 1 and 10 recent items from all accounts.

Save and refresh

Save the display settings. When a TRMNL plugin setting is available, select Back to TRMNL and refresh. TRMNL requests a new screen and confirms the refresh in its app.

Recover a connection

For an expired or used install link, restart installation in the TRMNL Marketplace. For an unavailable display, finish setup or reinstall that plugin instance. For a budget setup message, create a main budget in Nethaven, then refresh TRMNL.
