Cancel Pro or request a refund
How subscriptions, trials, cancellation, and refunds work through Apple, Google, and supported web checkout flows.
Nethaven Pro billing is managed by the store or checkout provider that processed the subscription. Cancel from Apple subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, or the billing portal tied to your purchase method. Pro access normally remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refund decisions are handled by the payment provider. For App Store purchases, use Apple's Report a Problem flow. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund support. If you are unsure which provider handled the purchase, contact support and include the email used for Nethaven.
