Cancel Nethaven Pro or request a refund through the app store or billing provider that processed your original purchase.
Cancel Pro through the provider that billed you. Apple purchases are managed in Apple subscriptions, Google purchases in Google Play, and web purchases in the billing portal.Refunds are decided by the payment provider. Use Apple's Report a Problem flow, Google Play support, or Nethaven support for a web charge.

Open Nethaven Pro
Open Settings, then Nethaven Pro, and check which purchase method is tied to your account.

Open the billing provider
For a web purchase, cancel in the billing portal. For Apple or Google, use the matching store account.
