Export or delete your data
How to export portable records, request account deletion, and understand what data Nethaven keeps only when legally required.
Use data export when you want a copy of your transactions, accounts, budgets, and portfolio records outside Nethaven. Exported data is designed to be portable so you can open it in a spreadsheet or keep it for your own records.
Account deletion removes your account and the financial data tied to it, except for limited records Nethaven may need to retain for legal, security, tax, or compliance reasons. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email address on your account so identity can be verified.
